Instructions: How to set the Device Time Zone

Your Android device allows you to set the Time Zone in the Device Settings. You may also have the option to use the network provided Time Zone.

  1. From the Home screen, touch Apps > Settings.



  2. From the Settings, Touch Date and Time

  3. Select the time zone, either manually or automatically.


    To Change the device time zone manually,
    Touch Select time zone and select the device’s time zone from the list.

    To have the device use the network-provided time Zone,
    Check the Automatic time zone check box to use the network provided time zone. (This option requires that the device be connected to the network.)
