Hello, I forgot my Kiosk Password on one of the players how can i reset it?

If you are syncing the content remotely, you can sync a .password file to change the password. Similarly if you provide the content on removable media. Otherwise you need to factory reset the device (which will result in the license being lost unless you can provide me with the pre-factory reset Android ID so that I can manually recover it).
