The short answer is no, Video Kiosk does not play native Powerpoint presentations.  The long answer is that with the current version of Powerpoint its easy to export your Powerpoint presentation to an MP4 video file.  And, of course, you can then play the MP4 using Video Kiosk.  You can find information on exporting Powerpoint to MP4 here:
