Is it possible that the folder synchronization can be with OneDrive instead Google Drive?

You can use any cloud service, Video Kiosk does not care which one. However, since Video Kiosk has built in support for only Google Drive and NextCloud if you want to use a different service, like OneDrive, you need to use another App to do the downloading. For OneDrive I recommend you use Autosync OneDrive configured in mirror (download only) mode:
