Does Kiosk Video support 4K TV display?  I plan to get a android device that can play 4K.  If I install Kiosk Video on this android device, will the content be displayed 4K resolution?

On an Android TV, this is device dependent. Video Kiosk supports 4K TV. However, Android doesn’t support 4K TV until Android 7. In addition, whether 4K is supported on your device is up to the manufacturer. You’ll have to test on the device to determine this.
