Your Drive Download subscription offers a 3-day trial period through the Google Play Store so you can try it before your first subscription payment.
Here’s what you need to know about the Google Play Store’s trial subscription model:

– If you don’t cancel, you’ll be automatically billed for the subscription at the end of the trial period.
– If you cancel before the end of the trial, you won’t be charged.
Uninstalling the app from your device will not cancel your subscription.

To cancel your subscription, Open the Google Play Store
– Tap the Menu ≡ > Subscriptions
– Select the subscription, Tap “Cancel Subscription” and follow the instructions

Drive Download Operation Questions

How do I get Drive Download to download automatically?

Just set it up. Once you have enabled download in the settings, it will download and replace the files in your download folder automatically. The default is once a day, but you can change that in the settings.

How can I get Drive Download to download right now?

Go into the Settings and click the “Download Now” button.

I’m getting an error that says I don’t have access to my Drive. What can I do?

If you get an error, like no access to your Drive, its most likely that you didn’t grant permission to access the account (called Contacts by Android) or to local storage when you opened the App. If this happens,
uninstall Drive Download,
re-install Drive Download, and
allow all the permission requests. The App needs permission to work.
